Let’s Meet our Walden Fund goal!

Join us in giving to the 2023-24 annual Walden Fund! With the participation of our wonderful community of alumni, friends, faculty, and families, we will raise funds to support Walden's outstanding educational opportunities.

Your gifts to the 2023-24 Walden Fund will support:

  1. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Training for Teachers: We’ll empower our educators with the tools and knowledge to create a classroom environment that celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  2. Grading for Equity Program: Our grading equity program will ensure fairness in assessment, giving every student an equal chance to shine.

  3. School Security Enhancement: We'll strengthen school security, ensuring our students learn in a safe and nurturing space.

  4. Updated Sound Systems in Classrooms: We'll amplify the voices of our teachers, creating a dynamic learning atmosphere for all students.

  5. Green Ribbon School: We’ll be recognized as a Dept. of Education Green Ribbon School, teaching our students to be responsible global citizens and practice environmental sustainability.

Thank you for considering this important opportunity to invest in our school's brighter tomorrow. We look forward to your support and seeing the positive transformations!

Planned Giving Program

We are pleased to offer Walden School’s Planned Giving Program. This program offers a way to support Walden and leave a lasting legacy that will benefit future generations.

Planned giving is the act of arranging a charitable donation during your lifetime or as part of your estate plan. It allows you to make a meaningful contribution to Walden while also achieving your personal financial and philanthropic goals.

The walden fund provides the difference

Income from the Walden Fund helps offset the cost of tuition, which alone only covers about 90% of the school’s operating costs. This gap in funds is filled by the generous contributions of our donors and provides:

• Educator resources for professional and classroom development

• Small class sizes

• Experiential lessons on campus and beyond

• Enhanced school security

• Technology upgrades

Preserving our future

The Walden Fund is important because it preserves our unique educational environment. Your donation ensures a small classroom setting and outstanding teachers for all of our students. In addition to supporting a thriving learning atmosphere, gifts to the Walden Fund contribute to teacher and administration professional development and classroom resources.

Goodness is the only investment that never fails.
