Ways to Support Walden
NEW THIS YEAR Network Mall -Do you buy things online? Imagine if every purchase you made actually helped to earn money for Walden School. That's exactly what happens when you sign up as an invited supporter. We have networked with thousands of online stores and companies so that when you make a purchase when logged into our mall, a portion of the proceeds goes to support Walden School. Visit our link http://WPA.FRmall.org and follow the instructions to register.
There are also many local businesses that participate in “cash back” programs to our school based on your purchases. Walden Will Benefit When You Shop These Businesses. Please designate Walden School as the beneficiary of the rebate.
Kroger Gift Cards: One of the easiest ways to raise money for our school is with a Kroger Gift Card. Anyone who shops at Kroger, including grandparents, relatives and friends, can use the "gift card" to give to the school. By using a gift card for your purchases, Walden receives 5% of the total bill. Please contact Janice Brennan for details.
Office Depot: Based on the amount of purchases, Office Depot send bonus coupons to the school that provides discounts on office supplies.
Target Visa Card: Purchase a Target Visa Card and indicate Walden School, 5% of the purchases are returned to the school.
Shiraz Restaurant in Holiday Manor: Owners and parents Ramin and Cheryl Akrami will contribute 5% of the total bills from all Walden families who dine there. Please let your server know that you are a Walden family.
Ready for Dinner: This business located in Bluegrass Industrial Park will also send a percentage to Walden from all their customers that inform them when they purchase food items there.
GFS (Gordon Food Service) located on Hurstbourne Parkway next to Bonefish Grill, also Outer Loop and Clarksville. This is a membership club but there are no joining fees. Membership is based on filling out the application and turning it in on your first visit. An application may be picked up at the store location or online at Gordonfoodservicemarketplace.com, then How to become a customer. GFS will rebate between 5 -10%.
Box Tops Walden School: WPA also collects box tops from many commonly used boxed products such as cereals, pastas. Check the product label for information. Collection boxes are located in each of the school’s lobbies. For more information see Boxtops4education.com.
