Walden School: High School College Counseling Program

Walden School’s College Counseling office incorporates a comprehensive program involving the students and their parents from their freshman year through graduation. The program includes all aspects of what a high school student needs to know in the college enrollment process, including the student’s academic schedule, the importance of the student’s GPA and ACT/SAT scores, and researching financial assistance opportunities.

The college counselor creates a comprehensive student profile for each individual student which includes a school biography, an academic biography of the student including letters of recommendation, and all pertinent grades and scores that belong in a college admissions packet.
