We write a lot in second grade! Every Monday night we have a writing prompt to respond to in 10-15 minutes as well as taking pieces through the writing process of pre-writing, first draft, editing, conferencing, and final drafts. We are learning how to use nouns, verbs, and adjectives to make our stories better. Of course, our stories have main characters, a setting, a problem, and a solution. Keep checking our website for updates on what we’re doing and information about our class.
